Since the database is in the cloud, PLAN-IT allows stakeholders to work together in real-time to create equipment lists, update layouts, and share project information. Not only does everyone remain on the same page regarding changes, but they can even work together to make them in a virtual meeting.
Enhanced standards management
PLAN-IT allows users to create lists of favored equipment and vendors, and even complete room templates and standards to streamline facility buildouts. If changes are necessary because of an equipment incompatibility, updates to a template will roll out automatically to the projects that use the template, saving the manual labor it would take to individually update equipment lists for each room. This ensures that standardized changes, such as equipment preferences or regulatory compliance updates, are uniformly applied to relevant projects.
